Product Information
This PTFE diaphragm vacuum pump is made of PTFE and uses compressed air as the power source. Diaphragm components are made of imported PTFE, rubber and other materials, which greatly improve the corrosion resistance, while the degree of wear is small, and the replacement of diaphragm is simple. Therefore, this diaphragm pump has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, safety and leak-free.
Features
The PTFE diaphragm vacuum pump is made of PTFE material, with good acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and applicable temperature below 80 ℃. It has simple structure, convenient assembly and maintenance, and long service life. The main body of the pump is equipped with an exhaust valve, which can exhaust the air in the pump and pipeline, and prevent the damage of the shaft seal caused by the inhalation of air. Its rear shaft seal can be formed in one piece for easy assembly, and can also be split for easy replacement and maintenance.
