2.The screw vacuum pump is equipped with rings when we need to transport the machine. Lifting slings with a load capacity of 2 times the weight of the screw vacuum pump can be used. During lifting, personnel are strictly prohibited from standing beneath the screw vacuum pump. Alternatively, a forklift of the corresponding specification can be used for transportation. When moving, pay attention to the center of gravity to prevent the screw vacuum pump from slipping sideways or tilting.
3.For the transportation of the complete screw vacuum pump unit, lifting slings of the corresponding specification can be used to secure the lifting rings for lifting and moving. 4.Alternatively, a forklift of the corresponding specification can also be used.
During lifting, the angle between the slings should be less than or equal to 60 degrees.
5.The above operations must be performed by qualified personnel with the relevant certifications.
