What is the difficulty or friction of the parts when the vacuum pump is rotating?

When the vacuum pump rotates, the parts are difficult to rotate or there is friction. Today, the vacuum pump manufacturer will tell you.

(1) Shaft bending

Solution: Straighten the shaft or replace it as required.

(2) The running clearance between the wear rings is incorrect.

Solution: Check that the gap is correct. Replace the wear ring of the vacuum pump casing or impeller as required.

(3) The stress on the pipe on the vacuum pump casing is too large

Solution: Eliminate stress and consult with the manufacturer. After the stress is removed, check the alignment.

(4) The shaft or impeller ring swings too much

Solution: Check the rotating parts and bearings and replace worn or damaged parts as required.

(5) There is dirt between the impeller and the wear ring of the vacuum pump casing, and there is dirt in the wear ring of the vacuum pump casing.

Solution: Clean and inspect the wear ring and replace as required. Cut off and eliminate the source of dirt.
