why the vacuum pump can not be started

Possible reason:

1.  Abnormal operation voltage.   This can be caused by a number of factors, including faulty wiring or a power surge.   If you suspect that the voltage is not correct, it's important to have a professional electrician take a look.

2.   Motor malfunctioning can also occur due to a number of causes such as overheating or lack of oil in the motor.   Regular maintenance and routine checks can help prevent this issue from arising.

3.   Pumps can also become jammed, particularly if they are dealing with thick liquids or debris.   This can cause the pump to stop working altogether.   If you suspect that your pump is jammed, it's important to switch it off immediately and take the necessary steps to clear the obstruction.

4.  In some cases, pumps may not be used for long periods of time.   This can lead to rusting within the pump body, particularly if it is exposed to liquid or organic solvents.   In order to prevent rusting, it's important to store your pump in a dry, covered location.

5.Finally, the inner accessories of your pump may become damaged over time.   This can cause the pump to become less efficient, or to stop working altogether.   Regular maintenance can help prevent this issue from occurring, and can ensure that your pump continues to operate at its best.

Solution:

1.  Check the connection of power supply: Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged in to the outlet and the motor.  Check for any loose or damaged wires or connectors that might cause a short circuit or voltage drop.  If necessary, replace or repair the wires or connectors.

2.  Voltage wave within 10%: Verify that the voltage level of the power supply is within the tolerance range of the motor, which is typically specified as +/-10% of the rated voltage.  Use a voltmeter or a power analyzer to measure the voltage waveform at the input terminals of the motor.  If the voltage is too low or too high, adjust the voltage regulator or the transformer to match the required level.

3.  Replace the motor: If the motor is found to be defective or damaged beyond repair, replace it with a new one that has the same specifications and compatibility with the application.  Consult the manuals or the manufacturer's website for guidance on selecting and installing a replacement motor.  Follow the recommended safety precautions and procedures when handling and installing the motor.
