Why the vacuum pump oil drain back ?
Aug 11, 2020|
Reasons for vacuum pump oil turning black:
1. vacuum pump will inevitably produce heat and other factors in long-term operation, which will cause oil aging and lead to oil blackening, thus reducing the performance of oil and affecting the normal operation of the pump.
2. oxygen is a gas that will affect the performance of oil. Long-term operation will make the oil in the vacuum pump gradually come into contact with the air, which will produce oxidation reaction and lead to blackening of the oil, causing the performance of the pump to decline.
3. vacuum pump oil is easy to inhale impurities from outside during long-term use, which will attach to the oil and form precipitation, thus causing the oil to turn black.
