Why the vacuum pump over temperature?
Aug 07, 2020|
1. Overloaded use: The service life of a vacuum pump is related to its frequency of use and working hours. If it is used frequently or works continuously for a long time, it will lead to overloading of the pump motor, which will accelerate the heat damage to the pump parts and cause high temperature.
2. high ambient temperature: vacuum pump motor needs good heat dissipation conditions, if the use of ambient temperature is too high, it will lead to overheating of the pump parts, thus causing high temperature.
3. oil contamination: vacuum pumps need to use lubricating oil, if the oil is too contaminated, it will lead to increased friction of the pump parts, thus causing the temperature to be too high.
4. aging of seals inside the pump: there are many seals inside the vacuum pump, if the seals are aging and hardening, it will lead to air leakage, which will affect the working efficiency of the pump and also cause the temperature to be too high.
