A BRIEF ANALYSIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VACUUM EQUIPMENT

Nowadys in China vacuum equipment industry,we are strengthing the communication between vacuum trade and relevant industries, as well as oversea craft brothers. Which leads out some problems and skill gaps as below shows,it is the universality situation in chinese vacuum industry which we should take it seriously.

1.Poor R&D skills:less invest or we can even say no invest. Even for some new products, it is just a simple way that order receiving while design, which caused the immature technology. As for oversea craft brothers, they have invest lots on the R&D and keeps improving their products, so the vacuum trade in China is far away from the overseas.

2.Outdated technical reform: even though some factories are planning to improve their facilities and move to a bigger place to rebulit, but still have lots of factories under the outdated situation. we admit that chinese vacuum equipment industry is far behind the oversea craft brothers. LEYBOLD have invest lots in their second stage of project in TIANJIN, which is the first-rank around the world. No one of us can compete with it. Technology is primary productive force.

3.Talent problem: the young people in china choose to become civil servan(which is all the parents wants), not blue-collar workers,which means enterprises have less choices to get the related talent, which is the most important problem we have now.

but in TSVP, our team maybe not the best, but we choose to stay and become the better one, and with the time went by, talent problem will take a turn for the better
