Wipe the copper wire with an abrasive cloth and make it bright. Also, peel off the copper wire of the external three-core cable and pull it out 30-35mm. Wipe clean with an abrasive cloth.
The wiring of the vacuum pump unit will be inserted into the copper wire part of the three-core cable and the external cable stripped, and then tied with a thin copper wire as shown in the figure, and the remaining part is cut off, and flattened with scissors to prevent the hand from being tied; When wiring this way, the three wire ends of the vacuum pump should be soldered separately. The surface of the welding head should be smooth, free of burrs and false welding. If there is no welding or unevenness, the vacuum pump should be re-welded until the requirements are met.
For the wiring of the vacuum pump unit, the three-wires must be wrapped together with plastic tape to wrap two layers. The first layer is more than 50mm above the end of each wire insulation layer, and the second layer is 50mm beyond the end of the first layer. The potted water will be safely immersed in the water. After 12 hours, the insulation should not be less than 50 megohms with a 500V megger. Otherwise, it should be re-wrapped until it meets the requirements.
The grounding wire of the vacuum pump unit must also be wrapped according to the diving cable wiring process; after the vacuum pump unit is connected, the insulation resistance should be continuously measured while the well is being drilled to observe the change to prevent the cable wall from damaging the cable insulation. When the drop is below 0.5 megohms, the unit must be brought up to detect the cause.
