Presentation
SP series is a type of dry vacuum pump. Referring to the working principle of the scroll compressor, therare two Archimedes spiral lines in each pump. By reducing the volume of the groove and compressing the gas from the outside to inside, a vacuum is generated.
 

The feature of air operated scroll vacuum pump expands the application of the oil-free scroll vacuum pump to the broader field of petrochemicals, oil and gas recovery, scientific engineering, etc., and plays a disruptive change in the traditional vortex pump. By the combination of a simple unilateral bearing arrangement and innovation of coaxial electric machine design, the on-site maintenance and service can be achieved easily with minimal special tools.

 

Features

This series of air operated scroll vacuum pump can run for long time, no lubricating oil, and the bearing is completely isolated from the airflow channel during the working process, so as to prevent process attacks, the bearing can run at a lower temperature,the use time is longer.

 

In order to reduce the weight of the pump scroll body, the base material of the air operated scroll vacuum pump is aluminum, and a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene with special performance is coated on the surface to increase wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The pressure difference between the adjacent working cavities of the pump scroll bodies is small, so the gas leakage is small, and the driving torque of the pump changes little, so the noise and vibration of the pump are low.
