The glove box scroll vacuum pump is a new type of dry vacuum pump, which is evolved from scroll compressor. It has small clearance, small leakage, high compression ratio and stable pumping speed in a wide working pressure range. Its working pressure range is wide. Because the volume of the compression chamber changes continuously, the driving torque and power change is small.

The glove box scroll vacuum pump has simple structure and few parts, so it works stably, has low vibration, low noise and high reliability. It adopts vortex profile and is optimized from constant section to variable section, which greatly enhances the ability of gas extraction. This vacuum pump can be started at atmospheric pressure (10 ^ 5Pa) and can be directly discharged into the atmosphere to work independently. Its main components are made of composite polymer materials, which can extract corrosive gases.
